Job summary

Coach is seeking a polished retail associate to welcome clients with warmth and provide personalized service in a luxury setting. You will operate POS systems, promote add-ons and gift cards, and assist with stockroom organization and visual merchandising.

The role emphasizes brand representation, strong communication, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of luxury retail or related experience, solid fashion trend knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards; capture customer info where allowed.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
