Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet individual and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, engage clients, and drive revenue through omni-channel selling and strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail sales, familiarity with POS systems and mobile devices, and a passion for fashion trends. Flexibility for a dynamic schedule is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with live-stream shopping is a plus.

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
