Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
