Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data capture).
• Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change while maintaining excellence.
• Train and develop store associates, provide coaching, and complete quarterly development goals.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, build relationships, and adapt to change.
• Manage payroll-related timecards, adhere to policies, and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising and client experience, ensuring adherence to guidelines and event strategies.
