Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Tampa to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand with confidence on the floor and via omni‑channel channels.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English skills, and a passion for fashion trends. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and fashion‑aware mindset.
• Experience with POS operation and basic digital tools (iPad/laptop).
• Knowledge of social media selling or live‑stream demonstrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.
