Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Assist with daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
