Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury accessories and apparel, seeking a Sales Support Associate in Danbury. You will welcome clients, operate the POS, and help maintain a pristine sales floor while contributing to stock flow from receipt to sale.

Responsibilities include providing personalized service, supporting brand commitment, handling shipments, and assisting with merchandising. The role demands flexible scheduling and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, ideally in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to use iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie and read product sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap and stockroom.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
