Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and customer-focused communication.
• Experience with POS operation, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage on social platforms.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
• Assist with daily store operations and inventory tasks.
• Support team, participate in training and brand initiatives.
