Coach North Conway is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role requires strong English, 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak periods. Training and brand initiatives are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS systems and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
• Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives.
