Coach Elmont is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

As a front-line ambassador, you will build client relationships, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to omni-channel selling while upholding Coach standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat business.
• Contribute to omni-channel selling and inventory management as needed.
