This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. This position requires 1+ years of sales experience, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
