Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a luxury, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and collaborate with a team to drive brand loyalty. You will utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to grow sales and capture customer data.

The role blends luxury service with omnichannel selling, requiring strong English skills, flexibility in scheduling, and a professional demeanor on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Source and manage inventory movement; assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
