Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the New Jersey area to deliver warm, personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will support stock flow from receipt to point of sale, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with shipments and transfers.

The role requires 1+ retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience (cashier/stock) preferred in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Schedule flexibility to meet business needs (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Support stock replenishment and merchandising updates.
