Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Familiar with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Deliver personalized shopping experiences and support store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data.
• Handle daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Maintain store and stockroom organization; follow policies.
• Assist team and participate in brand initiatives.
