Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeats.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, merchandising) and keep areas organized.
