Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream/video demo experience (preferred)
• Strong English language proficiency (EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising) and follow policies.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and manage product movement.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Assist teammates in other areas as needed and foster collaboration.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.
