Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Livermore, CA to enhance store efficiency and guest experience. You will assist customers at the cash wrap, maintain an organized sales floor, and help move products from receipt to point of sale with accuracy.

This role requires retail experience, fashion awareness, and strong communication skills, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods. Excellent customer service and detailing are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and work with the team.
