• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb) and mobility.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach and adhere to the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
