Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador, delivering personalized shopping experiences and helping meet store sales goals. You will also support daily store operations and contribute to omnichannel selling initiatives on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS systems.
• Ability to read price/release sheets and use iPad/laptop for transactions.
• Strong English proficiency and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and support store operations.
