Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meeting personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Schedule flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and peak periods. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with strong English

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling, and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and follow asset protection procedures.
• Support inventory cycles: receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and product movement.
