Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III at Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD. The role delivers an elevated, personalized shopping experience and supports daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

You will build client relationships, drive sales, and participate in omni-channel selling while mastering POS tools and product knowledge. Flexible schedule required; 1+ year sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social channels to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; support daily store operations.
