Coach is seeking a Sales Associate at our Omaha store to deliver elevated personal shopping experiences and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and collaborate with team members to drive brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar
• Experience with POS, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with social media and live-stream shopping (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques
• Process transactions and support inventory and replenishment
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment
• Participate in brand initiatives and trainings
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
