Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a personalized, elevated shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, maintain brand standards, and help drive omni-channel sales through clienteling and technology-enabled service.

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and basic tech familiarity.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships for close sales.
Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom operations.
Process transactions and support inventory movement as needed.
