Coach in Aurora, IL is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media savviness and live-stream/shopping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Assist with store operations and inventory management.
