Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, serving as the front-line ambassador and delivering an elevated shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and clienteling, and leverage mobile POS and social tools to encourage repeat purchases. The role demands a luxury retail background and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
