Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Perform daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock shelves.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.
