The role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, using POS and clienteling tools. Prior luxury retail experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers.
