Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and teamwork to boost brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include brand representation, clienteling, cross-selling, and efficient transaction processing. The role supports daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
Strong English proficiency.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
Support inventory cycles and visual merchandising on the floor and stockroom.
Collaborate with team to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
