Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator at the Wynn boutique to uphold Maison compliance and drive operational excellence. You will manage day-to-day processes, provide administrative support for transactions, and support policies and procedures across the boutique.

In this role, you will coordinate inventory, shipping/receiving, and stock movements while partnering with client-facing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s orBachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper understanding and execution of Maison policies; champion compliance among the team.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage product movement including shipments, transfers, consignments, and stock control.
