Job summary

Cartier Boston seeks an Operations Coordinator to uphold Maison compliance and drive operational excellence in a dynamic boutique. You will manage day-to-day processes, including administrative support for transactions, logistics, and inventory control, while supporting policy implementation and process improvements.

You will work closely with boutique teams to ensure accurate daily transactions, efficient stock movements, and high-quality client service, contributing to audit readiness and KPI

Qualifications

• Operational Excellence and compliance with Maison policies within the boutique.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and daily transactions with accuracy.
• Manage inventory, shipments, transfers, and stock movements with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support audits, lean/5S initiatives, and daily/weekly/monthly stock counts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper understanding and execution of Maison policies and procedures.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Move product in/out of boutique with quality control and stock loss prevention.
• Handle packing, shipping, and receiving for high value creations.
• Monitor boutique sales financials and ensure paperwork is submitted on time.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock movements for annual inventory.
• Uphold Cartier standards in boutique maintenance, vendors, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with client repair flow, reports, and inventory reconciliations.
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown and contribute ideas to improve operations.
• Exhibit strong communication with management and peers and exceed KPIs.
