Job summary

Cartier North America, Wynn boutique in Las Vegas, seeks an Operations Coordinator to uphold Maison compliance and drive operational excellence. You will handle day-to-day processes, including transactional support, inventory control, and policy adherence to deliver a seamless client experience.

Collaborate with boutique teams to manage openings/closings, shipments, stock movements, and Lean/5S initiatives for optimal storage.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of all Maison policies and procedures within the boutique; champion compliance among the broader team.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments, and stock movements while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses.
• Assist with care service responsibilities and monthly inventory/reconciliation.
• Support boutique audits and partner with management to implement action plans.
