Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and enhance the customer experience.

You will report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location, performing daily tasks including merchandise placement, price changes, and inventory control while maintaining standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with a ‘win together’ mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling.
• Maintain merchandise organization and set up for sale events and signage.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product as marked.
• Reticketing, damages, stockouts and inventory control processes.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
