Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking an Operations Associate to support store sales and profitability through daily operations, stocking, receiving, and merchandise handling. You will work under the RPSO Manager in a Neiman Marcus store location.

Responsibilities include merchandise transfers, order fulfillment, pricing updates, inventory controls, and assisting with in-store events. Must be flexible, with retail experience and basic MS Office skills; lifting up to 35 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations to support sales and profitability.
• Stock, receive, and merchandise handling; maintain organization.
• Fulfill orders, pack and ship online/store customer orders.
• Update pricing and reticket items; maintain signage and product placement.
• Assist with inventory control, back stock, and events/setup.
