Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation seeks a Merchandise Flow Supervisor to lead on the sales floor, drive revenue and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will shape merchandising approaches, manage stock flow, and ensure a well-organized stockroom with accurate records.

You will also guide markdown execution, control stock accuracy, and oversee supplies and facilities, while modeling integrity, collaboration and strategic thinking in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate the team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Open availability with a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor to drive revenue and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies and ensure stock flow on the floor.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom, replenishment, and accurate stock records.
• Oversee markdown execution and ensure facilities and supplies are managed.
• Communicate effectively across the team and lead by example with integrity and collaboration.
