Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Merchandise Flow Supervisor in Hawaii to lead on the sales floor, support the General Manager, and ensure a seamless store operation. You will balance entrepreneurial spirit with brand knowledge to deliver a superior client experience and develop strong talent within the team.

You will also influence merchandising strategies, oversee stockroom flow, markdown execution, and inventory accuracy while driving revenue and maintaining strong communications

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in similar retail shipping and receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Support store operations to run efficiently and effectively.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies and drive revenue.
• Maintain back-of-house organization and stockroom accuracy.
