You will focus on stockroom organization, merchandising flow, and effective back-of-house operations while maintaining brand integrity on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape store strategies, communicate clearly with staff, and mentor teammates to build strong talent and ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability for holidays, nights and weekends.

• Provide input on merchandising strategies and frontline execution to drive revenue.
