Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Merchandise Flow Manager to lead the store's stockroom and manage merchandise flow on the sales floor. You will drive sales, deliver an excellent client experience, and partner with the General Manager to support the team.

This role requires at least two years in retail shipping/receiving, strong communication, and proficiency with retail systems. A degree is preferred; flexibility to work holidays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store's back-of-house and stockroom operations to ensure strong merchandise flow.
• Support merchandising strategies and provide on-floor insights to improve store performance.
• Drive revenue and ensure excellent client experience through effective leadership.
• Maintain integrity, collaborate with teammates, and lead through ambiguity to deliver results.
• Ensure clear communication cascades throughout the team on a daily basis.
