Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Merchandise Flow Supervisor to lead a diverse retail team on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations in Clinton, CT. You will drive revenue, ensure an excellent client experience and mentor staff while maintaining organized stockrooms and efficient merchandise flow.

You will participate in merchandising strategies, maintain inventory accuracy, and support leadership in achieving store goals with integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in similar retail shipping and receiving management.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive store sales and ensure excellent client experience.
• Oversee back-of-house operations including stockroom organization and merchandise flow.
• Collaborate on merchandising strategies and ensure effective markdown execution and stock accuracy.
• Maintain strong communication across the team to support efficient store operations.
