Job summary

Giorgio Armani Hawaii is seeking a Merchandise Flow Supervisor to lead a high-performing luxury retail team. You will focus on driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and maintaining strong stockroom and merchandising flow.

You will collaborate with leadership to implement merchandising strategies, manage back-of-house operations, and ensure the store operates smoothly while motivating staff and upholding the Giorgio Armani brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Build talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies and frontline insights to drive revenue.
