Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Merchandise Flow Supervisor for Armani Outlet to lead the store team on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales. You will partner with the General Manager to execute merchandising strategies while maintaining stockroom organization and brand standards.

The role emphasizes front-line understanding of the business, accountability for communication, and leadership through ambiguity to achieve revenue goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations to drive sales and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies and drive store revenue.
• Maintain stockroom organization and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices.
• Ensure markdown execution, stock accuracy, and facilities management.
• Maintain accountability for effective internal communications across the team.
