Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation's Armani Outlet is seeking a Merchandise Flow Supervisor. As a leader on the floor you will inspire a diverse team, collaborate with the General Manager, and focus on driving sales while delivering an excellent client experience.

You will contribute to merchandising strategies, stay engaged on the front line, and ensure organized stockroom, accurate inventory, markdown execution, and smooth back‑of‑house operations with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to drive sales and exceptional client experience.
• Support the General Manager with merchandising strategies and front‑line insights.
• Ensure back‑of‑house operations, stockroom organization, and markdown execution.
• Communicate with team to cascade information and maintain accountability.
• Collaborate to maintain stock accuracy and facilities management.
