Job summary

Giorgio Armani is seeking a Merchandise Flow Supervisor to lead on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations. You will work with leadership to drive revenue, ensure excellent client experiences, and maintain organized stockflow and merchandising execution on a daily basis.

You will influence merchandising strategies, lead by example with integrity and collaboration, and oversee stock replenishment, markdowns, and facilities management to support brand standards and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and provide excellent client experience.
• Oversee stockroom organization, replenishment, markdown execution and stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with General Manager to shape merchandising strategies and drive revenue.
