You will lead coaching programs aligned with North America Retail Excellence, working with Market VP and Retail Learning Manager to drive performance and brand standards. The role focuses on in-store coaching, leadership guidance, and sustainment of training through workshops and eLearning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years of prior retail experience in luxury environment or elevated client-related experience.
• Prior roles should include sales and people leadership (e.g., Team Manager, Store Director, Multi-site/Market Business Partners).
• Proven track record in sales, client relationships & loyalty, leading teams, and performance-based coaching.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% and ability to work varied shifts.

Aufgaben

• Coach Client Advisors and Team Managers on client experience, relationships and selling skills 90–100% on the floor.
• Lead performance-based coaching and develop 30–60–90 coaching plans with mid-to-low performers.
• Collaborate with Store Directors and Market Leadership to ensure consistent coaching and brand standards.
• Translate training to daily in-store behaviors and sustainment through programs and workshops.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development across designated stores and markets.
