Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Miami seeks a Retail Learning Coach to elevate client experience and selling skills across designated Southeast stores. You will lead the coaching strategy in partnership with market leadership, drive 30-60-90 plans, and report to the Retail Learning Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in luxury retail with a proven track record in sales leadership and coaching, and a passion for empowering teams to deliver exceptional client service consistent with Tiffany & Co. standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury retail experience
• Sales and people leadership experience
• Jewelry/watch expertise is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide performance-based coaching on client experience, relationships, selling and leadership behaviors on the sales floor
• Lead in-store coaching, 1:1 sessions and weekly progress tracking with store leaders
• Develop 30-60-90 coaching plans for mid-to-low performers
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, AUR, conversion and NPS to drive improvements
• Ensure coaching translates into in-store daily behaviors and sustainment of training programs
