Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Learning Coach based in Orlando to elevate client experience and selling skills across the Southeast market. This role partners with store leadership to implement coaching strategies aligned with global brand standards.

You will lead in-store coaching, develop targeted improvement plans, and drive sustainment of training programs that translate into daily behaviors and enhanced client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Proven track record in sales and people leadership.
• Ability to coach in-store behaviors and client relationships.
• Strong collaboration with headquarters and market teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-moment coaching with Client Advisors and Team Managers.
• Develop 30-60-90 coaching plans for performance improvement.
• Monitor progress and track KPIs weekly and monthly.
• Deliver in-store training sessions and sustainment programs.
• Partner with Store Directors to ensure consistency of behaviors.
