Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting sales teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve financial results and grow the business.
• Oversee store operations and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and payroll processes.
