Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our in-store Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location in Sarasota. You will lead a team to deliver an outstanding client experience, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across daily operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to implement action plans, recruit and coach staff, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining the brand’s equitable, sunny culture.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred, not required.
• 3–5 years in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proficient at achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• High ownership and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• XStore and Tulip knowledge a plus.
• Able to stand and move around store during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results by driving sales and exceptional client experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans for financial results and growth.
• Build strategies to increase sales and community reach; curate strong teams.
• Utilize training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Oversee daily operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Safeguard assets and maintain Lilly Pulitzer standards.
