Job summary

SMCP is seeking a General Manager for its San Francisco Bay Area boutiques to lead client-centric teams in Sandro and Maje. You will own business strategy, recruit and coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across front and back of house.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, brand representation, and achievement of sales targets through a high-touch, personalized service model.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
• Experience managing in a commission environment is a plus.
• Merchandising experience is preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, creating an environment where team members feel empowered and motivated to grow within the organization.
• Inspire exceptional customer service and implement memorable styling experiences that reflect the brand's identity.
