SMCP in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot boutique at Forum Shops. You will lead a team to deliver a memorable shopping experience, model selling excellence, and drive store performance.

You will coach staff on KPI targets, manage clienteling, and collaborate on visual merchandising while upholding SMCP values and providing a best-in-class customer journey.

Competenze

• 1-2+ years of prior supervisory experience.
• Exposure to a clienteling based service model preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Fosters teamwork and growth within the team.

Mansioni

• Be the role model for creating memorable shopping experiences for clients on the boutique floor.
• Lead by example with personal sales goals and drive store performance.
• Coach team members on KPI performance, conversion, and units per transaction.
• Develop staff in wardrobing and styling clients; deliver product knowledge training.
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring highest satisfaction.
• Participate in visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
