SMCP North America seeks a Retail General Manager for Sandro + Maje Leased Concession Shops at Bloomingdale's Valley Fair and Stanford Shopping Center in California. You will lead a client-focused, high-performance store and drive brand standards.

Own the business, recruit and coach the team, execute commercial targets, and partner with corporate to implement initiatives. California compensation range: $90,000-$100,000 USD annually.

Competenze

• 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
• Experience in commission environments is a plus.
• Merchandising experience.
• Natural leader with coaching and people development skills.
• Passionate about client relationships and high-touch service.
